Justin was a godsend when our front door was no longer locking. He came within an hour (even at the weekend), was able to find the fault quickly and replace the lock with no fuss. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and an all-round good egg. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We called Justin at 8pm on a Saturday. He arrived within 20 mins and quickly discovered our lock mechanism was broken, which he replaced. Highly recommend Justin to anyone.

Justin came and changed the locks on our new house, with relatively short notice, in a timely, efficient manner – providing us a good handful of keys for each lock changed. He was also really honest and transparent on what locks actually needed changing – keeping the costs for the callout to a minimum whilst still ensuring the house was fully protected. Would absolutely use Justin again and have no hesitation in recommending him.
