Our vans carry card machines for quick and easy credit and debit card payments. We also accept bank transfer and cash payments.

3. There’s a problem with my vehicle’s ignition, can you remove it and build a new ignition barrel?

Yes, our auto locksmiths can provide ignition barrel replacements for various vehicle makes and models! We can build and fit a new ignition barrel which works perfectly with your existing key.

4. How can I prevent home lockouts in the future?

Have spare keys cut & give them to people you trust. Or store them in a secure location, for example a key safe outside your home that only you can access.

5. Are you licensed and insured?

Horsham Locksmiths are licensed, insured, DBS checked, and a member of the ALA (Auto Locksmith Association). You can trust our locksmiths to provide a reliable service!

7. How much does a new car key cost?

The cost depends on the make, model, year and type of key needed. However, we offer competitive rates and can provide a quote upfront over the phone.

8. My car key is stuck in the ignition. Can you help?

Of course! We have the tools and expertise to remove the key safely without causing damage to your ignition. We can diagnose the problem and provide you with a new key or new ignition barrel to solve the issue.

9. My key is stuck in the lock, can a locksmith help?

Yes! Our locksmiths have the expertise and tools to remove broken keys without damaging the lock itself.

10. I’m locked out! How quickly can you get to me?

We always provide realistic timeframes for when one of our locksmiths can reach you. We aim to arrive at all emergency situations between 15mins to 1 hour, but it depends on how close a locksmith is to your location. Once you speak with one of our locksmiths, they’ll be able to give you a more precise ETA based on their current location!
